    Standard first attempt to fix is the hard reset. Press and hold the power button down for about 15 seconds until you see the red led flash then let the power button go. Do this with OR without the device plugged in. If no better plug your device in, go to Blackberry World and download the BBVE app. Use this app to check your battery health.
