Hello ! Several days ago I bought BB passport from amazon. Yesterday suddenly I began to have problems with screen. Screen is half black and flickers all the time. OS 10.3.2.2876. I tried to use BB Link for updating the same OS , nothing change. I was trying to search for this information but I couldnt find anything. Hope you can help me.

No, I didnt drop, it was suddenly this problem. Half black screen with, usually, green lines going accross it.

If you purchased it on Amazon then return it and save yourself the aggravation.

The PP has had issues with flicker but If an OS reload didn't correct or reduce your problem it is quite possible that you have a hardware problem.

Amazon has always been prompt correcting any purchase concerns I've had.

    Good luck!
