[CrackBerry Question]

I've had my Passport a few months and loved it. I had it charging on my desk, plugged in a couple days since I wasn't out to use it, but at some point it turned off and won't restart. I checked the plug & switched from elec (multiple outlets) to USB but nothing happens, no lights, etc. to show it is charging. I tried holding buttons for a soft reset - nothing. I plugged it into my computer to run BB Link but the computer won't recognize it at all (since it's off). My daughter has a different BB model and said to pull the battery but that isn't easy on the Passport without taking it all apart. Any ideas?

Your Passport is covered by a one year warranty, so now would be a good time to contact BlackBerry.
