    When is the BlackBerry OS 10.3 releasing for general users.
    I am hearing stories from April but no exact date yet.

    After the BlackBerry Passport and Classic are released, the other BlackBerry 10 devices will receive 10.3.1. So by the end of the year or early next year is my guess.

    In September 10.3 will be released, but just for the upcoming BlackBerry Passport. 10.3.1 will then be released for all other BlackBerry 10 devices in October or November if there won't be any major delays.
