[CrackBerry Question]

I have an Audio Technica headset that i have no issues with connecting to my phone.
Issue is if i walk away from the phone and the bluetooth drops then reconnects, when i turn off the headset the phone appears to still thinks it is connected to the headset so none of my ringtone settings work.
i have tried to change the ring tones, reset the ringtone settings, turning off bluetooth.
the only way to get the ringtone settings back is to restart the phone.

Any ideas would be great.
