Hi, i have a blackberry q10 and the latest version of blink. i just bought a new computer and i can't find a way to sync contacts FROM my phone TO the new computer. anyone can help?

Hello.
You need to download BB Link on the new computer and sync your phone to it. You will be making a backup too, I presume. Which email client do you use? And are your contacts in the cloud....like with Gmail?

Yeah i already did backup and pressed sync contacts in blink.. the problem is that my computer still doesn't take the contacts from my phone. It says preparing for sync and then finishes in a millisecond..

In BB Link it says that contacts manually synced will not be included in a backup or restore or device switch? Is that really what you want?

I sync with my computer's outlook. But there are configuration parameters.

i don't think it says either... this is what i see, unfortunately it's in italian, i don't know if it's helpful.. my contacts are not synced from any mail, but directly from apple contacts Same with the calendar, i have e calendar on my blackberry (not mail, cloud or anything) and it doesn't sync it on the mac ical...

I'm not sure if the Mac version of Outlook will sync with your BlackBerry. There are a lot of features missing from the Mac versions of Link and Outlook.

Is the sync by any chance happening with the native Mac mail program?
