I just (yesterday) got a Key2. I added my juno email accounts without any problem. However, I cannot figure out how to get my atlantic broadband or yahoo email accounts added. I managed to get them all working (for years) on my old BB Q10 and the atlantic broadband worked on a samsung that I got two months ago and used the free Hub. Now nothing works. No useful help from either websites or atlantic broadband or blackberry helplines. I updated the software and have tried all variations of the possible pop/imap that is suggested on various websites and the phone support. This is a major bummer as why did i just spend $650 dollars so i could type on a keyboard for all my email and have them in the hub and now it isn't working. I've logged onto the email accounts via the web, so i don't think i'm typing my passwords wrong. Get either a certificate error (Atlantic bb) or an error occured on my account setup for yahoo.

It's just Yahoo, has nothing really to do with your phone. Yahoo accounts require addtional setup because well, Yahoo is terrible. https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN27791.html

I'm guessing it's similar for the other accounts you have set up. Atlantic is using Pronto as their email service, but I have no experience setting that up. Probably just requires the right manual settings being entered, you can try these - http://smtpimap.email/android/atlant...ail-setup.html

Thanks so much. Got the yahoo account working by selecting an account option to use less secure method that i saw by following your link. The Atlanticbb continues to be a mystery. Here's an update. I was able to add the accounts but only by switching to wifi. Then i could receive but not send using tmobile. And then for a while, when i was on wifi i had no troubling sending/receiving. i've since messed up the sending so that at the moment I can't send for the secondary email on the Atl bb account but the primary sends fine on wifi. I could also send and receive using a verizon phone as a hotspot-haven't tried that in the last few days after having messed around with the phone more. Today the t-mobile cust. service eventually told me the problem was that i had a 2g phone--several times even after i said that was impossible and emphasize the KEY 2--and then wanted to sell me a new phone. Today i was able to send a message via t-mobile once. I hit refresh several times and it was sent. But that worked only once. I found some instructions about APNs and created another one just like the one on the phone. That didn't fix anything. So I'll finish out this month with t-mobile and then see if I have better luck with AT&T unless anyone has any other suggestions. Thanks in advance.
