    My battery on blackberry keyone is draining so fast . All setting on power centre are green . Can anyone help me what might be hapenned .

    Go to the battery settings and see what's draining it. If you're on Oreo, in the battery setting hit the 3 dots at the top and then hit "show full device usage"

    Also try a 32 second reboot by holding the power button for 32 seconds

    My usb cable is not original and when i test the phone in testing system ( *#2886# ) usb cable it says that charging current : NOK .
    Before 3 days the phone was ok .
