    Where do I find this icon/app. It's says installed but I cannot find it. I read the + service was for non BB phones but someone replied it was also for BB phones. Please help.

    You don't. It doesn't have an icon. There's no reason to go poking around the services portion. All front facing user options for Hub and Hub+ Services are found in the Hub and the BlackBerry launcher.

    Thank you. My password keeper keeps unticking so thought it needed adding to the Hub for it to function.

    With HUB+ Subscription..... there is an App call "BlackBerry Hub+ Services", within it there are options like adding/viewing Accounts and Adding other App that aren't installed.

    Not sure what unticking is... options in this app are either "open" or "install".

    Unticking means I tick the box for autofill but when I go back into the app the box is not ticked.
