Google Pixel XL (not 2). Latest Android (8.0.0). Have BB Hub (and it's been working fine). Now one of the home shortcuts to an e-mail account was missing. Went to settings to press the "add shortcut to home" link and that didn't work. Took account off and re-added it including selecting that as an option. That also didn't work.

Some threads say to do a full wipe and restore but that is drastic. Any suggestions or anybody experiencing the same? Otherwise great. I still have and use my Q10 and appreciate having same fluid and functional interface on the Android.

I wouldn't do a wipe... more likely HUB just isn't optimized for Oreo yet.

Yes, seems like there was a change in the way adding home screen shortcuts works in Oreo so that broke that feature in the Hub+... If you use the BB Launcher then you will not be able to add home screen shortcuts from any app (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

don't waste time trying a wipe, I did and didn't help...
