    What device you are using? BB Curve 9320

    What OS or Firmware is your device running on? 7.1.0.1011

    What steps have you taken already to try to fix the issue? Purchased an unlock code from doctorsim which was not accepted in the "enter network mep code" field - I have 4 attempts left.

    Are there any specific error messages you get? If so, what are they? None, the above field simply reduces the remaining attempts by one.

    Can anyone help, please ?

    Most issues are usually user errors, but then some have had issues with the unlocker (don't know Doctorsim), or if they got a used phone....

    It is a used phone but from a verifiable source.
    Not a typo ! I've had the same unlock code from doctor sim twice and checked and re-checked it after typing it in before submitting it - all to no avail.
    Maybe if I could completely re-install the phone software...
