    Battery drained. Is cycling through start screen - plugged in but will not charge.

    Have tried: holding down up/down volume/power button for hard reset, using different charge cables - nothing has worked. It is still cycling through startup logo then battery icon then dies and restarts again. Can't pull out the battery - so what else can i try?

    Well when it happened for me I just kept holding power button letting go and again a couple of times
