BB App World & Twitter issues?
Hey! Here’s my first issue: whenever I try to sign onto Twitter on my BB Curve 9320, I get the message: “The request is understood, but it has been refused”. It leaves me unable to log on. I’m currently relying on WiFi only and my phone doesn’t have a SIM card. This is a factory unlocked phone from Amazon.
Furthermore, whenever I try to log onto the BB App World, it gives me a message saying: “To continue using BlackBerry App World, you must upgrade your current version. For more information, please visit www.blackberry.com/appworld/support.” along side an “Upgrade” button and a “Close” button underneath the message. Each time I click “Upgrade”, it automatically redirects me to the browser and from there, automatically back to the BB App World only to display the same
message. And it just does this over and over. Nothing gets updated.
What exactly do I need to do to solve both these issues? I’d like to get onto the BB App World and Twitter ASAP.
*Note: I also have a Curve 8530, and strangely enough, despite running on only WiFi, OS 5 and not having a SIM card, both Twitter and the BB App World work perfectly.
