[CrackBerry Question]

At least once a day my Blackberry Bold freezes. I have to pull out the battery, put it back in and re-start my phone. This has been getting more frequent over the past 2 months. Do I need a new battery?

Hi and welcome to CB. Have you installed anything new? Made changes? Might be good to backup ad refresh the OS. can you give a little more info?

Thanks for your response. I have not done anything new. I just noticed that over the past few months, I had to pull the battery from every few weeks to once a week to every few days and now it is almost daily. I cannot determine a pattern in terms of why it freezes. On another note I charge it every evening and I really only use it for email and calls. I don't watch videos or download apps.
It is the Bold 9900 and it is a few years old.

If it were me. I would back it up and reinstall the OS. Are you familiar with that?
