Battery problem after 10.3 update in Z10

I am getting very bad battery life after 10.3 update in blackberry z10
When only WiFi is connected with very low usage I get maximum of 10hrs of battery life
But with medium to high usage I get maximum of 3 - 4 hrs left battery life
It's my 3rd day after updating

How old is your battery? Like 5 Feb 2012 old? You could try a hard reset, pull your battery and put it in charger until full. Also, have you checked if all your account sync intervals have remained the same or changed to more often?
