    I'm a new owner of a slightly used Q10. I'm having issues with the battery plate continues to slide off the phone when removing it from the holster. The holster is name brand Blackberry from shopblackberry. When I first received the holster it was pretty snug, but it's been a good month with constant use. The phone slides in with easy now. Are the battery plates weak or do I have a bad plate? It's annoying that it comes off so easily. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Either. Could also be wear/tear of the hooks.

    Impossible for anyone here to tell without closely examining the device.

    You are in position to do it though.
