I purchased the Q10 on Monday and ever since the battery has been a huge problem, I read online to wait 2-3 days for it to settle but it hasn't done anything close. I restored the device to factory settings (running 10.2.1.3014) with no apps other than what is built on, and with nothing running, it still manages to drain 1-2% every few minutes.. I really like this device but if this cannot be fixed I'll have to return it, Please help!

You have either a signal issue, hardware issue, or both. Can you post some device monitor screenshots? 48hr battery and CPU would be helpful.

either attach the images to your post or upload to like flickr or something and post the url to the picture so we can see it.

When the CPU drops passed 11:13PM is when I turned it off last night.
Same with the battery, I turned it on shortly before 10:46AM

I see barely any drain or use at all.

This is what I expected to see, which for me is normal. Not most people

That's the weird thing, I was at lunch yesterday with the phone in sleep mode (no apps running) and it drained 5% randomly in 5 minutes, I timed it by taking note every minute. Could it just be a bum unit that I should return and get replaced?

You looked at the phone every minute, turning the display on. Relax and use the dang thing, LoL.
