I have blackberry z10 my handset detail attached.
Many times after full charged of battery my handset turn off automatically after off mobile not switch on.
When I connect to charger its show 0% battery
Is there any solution I have swip data many time

Hello try to recalibrate battery. There are links to this if you search in CrackBerry. But basically with battery fully drained plug phone into wall charger with original charger. After 10 mins remove battery from phone but leave phone plugged in to wall charger without the battery. After 10 mins insert battery into phone and let charge fully without using phone.
You might have to try this complete process a few times until your battery is calibrated. Also could be you need a new battery but first try this. Good luck
