Lately like 3 days ago when I noticed that my Z10's battery is not functioning well. When I'm charging, the percentage is inconsistent compared to the actual one and charging will stop suddenly even if it's not yet fully charged. What might be the problem?

I've read some threads on that in the past, and I was looking for it myself this morning as mines charges to around 95-96%. If u unplug it and plug it back in it will fully charge. Don't know why but there's an explanation somewhere in these threads.

I have never had that on my Z10, try plugging it into the wall charger not usb, while its plugged in take the battery out and put back in after a min or two,

I sent to that link and it doesn't really explain my situation. I think I can go all say with my phone with just the morning charge, albeit, I don't use as much as most. When I'm home I may check the news, and one or two emails and then spend the rest of the day on CL on and off, lol, (that's what happens when ur jobless)!!, again, my problem is that it only charges up to maybe 96% after an all nighter, and it's not untill I unplug it for a second and plug back in that then it goes up to a full charge of 100. It happens most of the time. I think it's only been a handful of times where it actually charged completely.

Download Battery Guru from BlackBerry World..as batteries get charged it is normal that charge capacity goes down.
