Is their anything I can do to keep my battery well maintained I don't want it to lose its charging power it has as I don't want it to decrease,

At night time is it okay to leave your battery on charge?? Will it affect it over time or like kill it?

I once had a Blackberry bold 9900 and I had it on charge at night all the time and the battery always use to die so quickly and it use to get hot, one night the battery on my phone completely went and my blackberry died, I don't want to harm this battery on my Z30 as you can't remove the battery

To preserve lithium ion battery life as much as possible:

    Don't drain your battery completely,.
Charge at the latest when the device warns you that the battery is low.
It's Ok to charge overnight, but don't leave it charging for days or weeks.
Avoid letting the battery get hot, so don't leave in a hot car in sunshine, or, where possible, run very power hungry apps.

Irrespective of what you do, the battery has a finite life whether you use it or not and simply degrades with time.
Therefore: stop obsessing and use your device as much as possible.
