I recently Did a wipe and restore on my Z10 after backing up my data on BlackBerry Link. All my apps disappeared and I lost all the data stored on them.
Is there any way to back up your apps that will save information stored there?

A full backup should get all your stuff. Did you create a full or custom backup? When you restored, did you leave anything out?
Also, full version changes may break compatibility with older apps (namely Adobe Air). They would still show though.
As I recall, when reloading the device software, there was a notice that apps could not be saved with this phone (or something to that effect) .

simply re-install your apps from BBWorld
Reinstalling the apps from BlackBerry World will just give you the empty apps, minus the data you had stored in the deleted versions.

Well, there you have it.
Next time, double backup (either use Link and make sure all apps could be saved of use Sachesi to create a second backup).
