    Put a claim in for daughters android phone, Galaxy S4 active. Addition sent S5 active for replacement. Cord that came with it wouldn't work so I called them to let them know and asked for a new cord. He told me he was sending a new cord and set of earbuds for the inconvenience. Box arrived today with new cord, plug, two sets of earbuds and a whole other Galaxy s5 active. What the heck?

    Call Verizon and let them know, and they'll tell you to pick one, put the other back in the box and attach the RMA label they give you (if it's not included).
