    On my Passport, I gave a different ringtone to each of my children and each contact. I can't find where to do that on my BBKeyOne. Can I do that on this phone? Or is that not possible?

    Go to each contact and edit the settings in there.

    All fine and well BUT no place to change ringtone for BBM contacts! Just for phone and text contacts!

    Crikky!

    The ringtone works only for telephone calls received from the contact! When a text arrives, the KeyOne gives the tone that was assigned to text messages! It doesn't let me know who is texting!

    On my retired Passport, the ringtone was also the tone that tells me when a text has arrived! It was different for each contact, so that I knew who was texting me.

    Seems like I am going backwards! Can't ID texter until I look at the text.
