Arrow top middle area
Hello all
Probably asked before by somebody but I didn't see it
What's the arrow pointing up close to the middle of the screen mean??
Just started seeing it recently. Makes me think it's a virus lol
I should look it up in the instructions but thought Id ask here
Cheers

It would make it DRAMATICALLY easier to answer the question if you included a few details like:
- What phone?
- What carrier (probably doesn't matter, but ya never know)
- What release of the operating system?
- Under what circumstances do you get this arrow? Is it there all the time, or does it only show up when a certain app is open?

What device and OS, you didn't post that info....
That said, if it looks like:
Attachment 417492
Then it means you are on Roaming.
On touch screen BlackBerry devices, normally for a awhile after first activation or re-installing an OS, you will get the Gestures tips on the screens occasionally.
It will be a large yellow animated arrow pointing out the direction you need to swipe to perform an action the device thinks you want to do.
For example, if the device is at the lock screen and it senses you picking it up, it may display the pointing up arrow as a tip to "Wake the device, Swipe Up"

Thats not the arrow. It looked like a actual arrow pointing up. I suspect it has to do with the shift keys. But never noticed it happening before till I disabled some other option in phone to make a app work right_slider sound app_ (its a priv so droid OS). Mayb disabling this option is the reason
Tried uploading a screenshot but it says the png format isn't correct or sumthn

You can upload the screenshot to an image sharing site, like Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet, then post the link here.
