    I just got a Blackberry Bold 9930 with Sprint, running OS7.1 on ebay.
    When I click on Appworld, it gives me a choice to upgrade or close. When I click update, it takes me to a browser page https://us.blackberry.com/404 that says "Sorry, the page was not found"
    Does anyone have a solution, or should I return the phone?
