    My BlackBerry Z10 after sometime stops loading apps and they won't open, even if I get a message on my what's app it doesn't show on the hub and the app also doesn't open. Once I restart my phone then it works properly for sometime and again stops. Can anyone please advice what's Causing this , is it a hardware problem or software??

    Sounds like a software issue.

    Try a reset first - hold the up and down volume buttons for about 20 seconds or so.

    If that doesn't work, then probably your best bet is to backup your phone using Link (manually save text messages, remember notes etc) and then reload the OS. It will wipe your device. If you restore from backup, don't restore device settings, configure from scratch.
