    I hate 10.2.1 I think and I installed snap correctly I can install them but when I open them (ex. Instagram facebook) it says error

    That's not Snap's fault but the fact you are on 10.2.X when many of these apps will require more updated Android run time seen in 10.3.x - you will need to update your OS.

    when i look for updates on my phone it says i have the current software so how would i change that

    Unfortunately you don't have the latest, thou to your provider what you have is their own current.
    Here you can find the latest: http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...links-1006171/ if you choose to you can update your device with appropriate selected latest OS and be able to run all those Apps you said failed.
