    Your OS is very old and may even be a developer's version. You should update it to the latest OS from here: https://mega.nz/#F!ERomDKaT!YYXwe5p2bUlm_4VW5VfTtw

    Download the 2nd last file (Z30 1.48Gb zipped file ONLY) to the desktop of a PC, unzip the file, plug in your Z30 and run the autoloader (.exe file). It will take about 15 minutes to run. You will then be able to open your apps.
