I don't know what causes it but it's really freaking annoying. Every time I do multi tasking (opening 2 apps), after some times the other app closes by itself. The browser sometimes closes by itself (with no multi tasking) some times the phone is lagging, some apps downloaded from Amazon doesn't respond, what's the problem?? Is there any solution to it??

The Z3 has slightly less RAM than the other BB10 devices which can perhaps cause a few problems. Basically the OS will stop less critical functions when memory becomes tight, and user apps fall into this category.

If the only app apparently running closes automatically then it probably indicates that there are headless processes running in the background that are consuming memory.
Close all your apps (active frames), then take a look in the - Device Monitor, Memory tab - and see how much memory is consumed and what is consuming it.

Post a screenshot if you want and include your OS version too.

Yeah, while 10.3.1 has brought many improvements it has also brought some less optimal "features".

Your memory usage looks fairly normal with everything closed. The only unusually high consumer is the Phone app. This seems to be a fairly common occurrence now on 10.3, though I don't remember how it was on 10.2. If you restart your device you will hopefully recover at least 100mb from it, but chances are it will be rapidly consumed again.
BlackBerry need to fix this, the Phone is consuming way too much memory IMO unnecessarily.
