    Anyone else having problems with app from Amazon and Android crashing? I'm using my Z10 and it's really frustrating.....just wanted to see what others were experiencing.

    Welcome to the forums!

    What OS version you have running? What apps (what do they do)?

    As a rule of thumb answer, hold the top buttom till you see the BlackBerry logo (ignore all on-screen prompts). Give us details so we can try to close in on the issue and solution!
