You should take out the SD if it's not encrypted, if it is your screwed. Good Luck!
If you know your Password, just type it in. You have 2 chances still.
If you have forgotten your password, take your SD card out and let the device re format. Nothing you can do I'm affraid.

Unfortunately if you have forgotten your password you really are hooped. As suggested the only data you can save or retrieve is anything on an SD.
Try your last few attempts -might get lucky- let the device reset itself and start from scratch.
It can be a frustrating feature but it does provide a significant level of "front door" security.
Hope you have a recent backup....I got screwed with a bad .apk sideload about a year ago that bricked my phone...since then I make sure to backup my phone once a month like clock work!
Unless you are a really important person that posses international secrets, it is highly doubtful that someone has attempted to hack your BlackBerry.
