    Hi all, I have trawled through here for ages and cannot find an answer that works.

    I have got a 9900 bold, with no app world..

    I have tried to type in blackberry/appworld/download and its says cannot reach proxy server.

    I try to download through the website on the web browser and it says to enable cookies, which they are on.

    please can anybody help I really want to use my blackberry again

    Do you have a BlackBerry data plan? If so, send your service books to the device. If that doesn't work, reload the OS.
