Getting a message that says "Unable to connect to network, tap to open APN settings "
When I do, I reset to default settings, it used to then work again for a bit, but now nothing.
I can make and receive calls, can even use my hotspot, but no direct email or web access.

    Any ideas?

    What network are you on?

    32 Second Reboot.
Shutdown, remove SIM, reboot, reinstall SIM.

Contact Carrier for support or new SIM.

On Telstra, (Australia ) have replaced SIM, reboot, factory reset even, still no good.
telstra suggest it's a software issue but can't seem to help.

APN Settings >>Network&Internet>>Cellular Networks>>Access Point Names>>enter the settings manually and then turn phone off for at least two minutes. Turn back on, APN setting can be located with you provider on their web site.
