    Anyone know how to download Google Play Services from APKmirror.com? I don't know how to load Snap and heard I don't need it with apkmirror.com but I'm an amateur. I downloaded the latest version but it will not install on my Passport.

    You don't. That's not how it works. You need to look at Cobalt's patched apps in order for that to work and even then, it's not fully functional.
