    Go to the download folder where you downloaded the apk to and delete it.

    Better yet, go the File Manager and hit the search button (the big blue circle with a magnifying glass in it maybe) and type in "apk" without the quotes.

    What method did you use to delete the app? You may have to have to use another another android app, Ghost Commander, to delete it delete it. Did you perform a hard reset after uninstalling and try deleting the apk again?
