If you have a backup available from before the update try doing a selective restore and restore just the "Blackberry Runtime". Had that problem when i loaded my first 10.3.1 leak and did a full restore.
No I didnt do any backups... and I hav candy crush previously installed wen am on 10.2.1 and thats working fine... even native amazon app store closing wen I open it
