My phone has been in "updating mode" for the last 3 hours or so. Screen is black other than the updating symbols popping up (square, triangle, circle). Anyone else experiencing the same thing? Never had an update take this long before, so wondering whether something else is going on.
Those 'updating' symbols are just the boot logo. Not anything to do with an actual update. And according to AT&T, they haven't pushed a Priv update since Jan. 17. You might want to try rebooting your device again and see if it just got stuck. There's 0 reason for it to be in that process for 3 hours.
