All of a sudden, my screen on the priv feels hollow, like it's not in place. Especially when typing. I checked all the notification, i.e vibrate on touch etc.. All off, then I found the issue, my screen is popping up from the bottom, is this possible?, no drops on the device nothing, not even a scratch. I can now feel it always when typing. This happens when the slider is closed.

The obvious solution is to return it for a new device.

I went in to an authorized center, they said slight screen lifting is normal after two months of use.

I would argue that...be persistent and get a new device or return it to BlackBerry directly.

Never heard that before.. I'd be concerned that the lifting might continue... I'd push for a replacement. If they "authorized center" doesn't agree, I contact BlackBerry.
