    Cheers Tim. Sachesi disappeared from BBW so already found it on the web and downloaded the pc link. It seems there are no step by step instructions, so I'm proceeding cautiously. Thanks for your heads up

    For those suggesting backing up using backup pro or ultimate backup... they don't seem to back up the OS itself, which I assume Link does?

    I am having the same issue using an unlocked passport and surface pro 3. Was working fine until I updated the passport so it has to be the update.

    Link has option to perform a full back up with personal settings and apps. I have not used the other apps you are speaking of.

    Updated my z10 to OS 10.3.2.680. Backup using link works fine now.
