I think the blackberry device should give us an option to clear the application data that consumes the device space. Like I have to delete and reinstall apps like 9gag as they tend to eat up space.

it's not the device but the app that should allow you to clear the cache.
Try Ghost Commander to manage Android cache
How exactly is this urgent?

BlackBerry put this option.. setting > device monitor > storage > select app.
It has to be a android app...
