Any Update on when Verizon may approve 10.3.1 for existing devices?

They are always the last to do so. Go ahead and load 10.3.1 on your device NOW.

These things are hard to predict. We know that 10.3.1 has been released to carriers worldwide (and even factory unlocked) devices. The holdup is Verizon and other carriers.

Anyone have fresh info on this? Sounds like there are some 10.3 bugs, have those mostly resolved in 10.3.2 versions? I suppose big V could be waiting out a few dev cycles for some of the bugs to get worked out?

I heard that one serious but extremely rare bug was the reason Verizon held off on updating to 10.1 for so long, but I don't think that was the case with any future updates.

The fact that American carriers are slow to update with pretty much any phone points to some sort of fundamental difference between them and the carriers of the rest of the planet.

10.3.2 is coming to the Classic for sure to comply with the California 'Kill Switch' law in effect July 1st. Z30/Z10 will come later but which date no one knows.

As I learned in another thread, the law applies to phones manufactured after July 1st 2015. So if the Verizon Classics' production runs have wrapped up, we can't rule out that they won't get 10.3.2. Verizon is good at finding and exploiting such loopholes.

Yes if there are no more Verizon Classics being made then that would be a loophole VZ could jump through. I would think the VZ wouldn't order such a large batch that would last the retail sale cycle given how BB has done recently but who knows how the actual sales are, perhaps the minimum amount that BB requires to create a separate CDMA model is what Verizon will have to last.
