I'm currently on an DTEK and considering the Classic, but I'm concerned about managing social media for my own business and a few others (FB pages, Instagram, Twitter, FB, and Hootsuite).

I suspect your best option would be a web based solution.
Hootsuite did work a couple of years ago via Cobalt's Google Play Store, but no idea if they are still developing it for Android 4.3.
