Have you tried Browsie Browser? I use it and have yet to have any issues. It's updated regularly, has ad blocking, has lot's of features ans is a native BB10 app. Only$0.99.

Current price of Browsie Browser is 3 dollar. I've decided to increase the price since a lot has been added since the launch and compared to alternative native browsers it'll still get updated frequently, bug fixes and has a lot of useful features.

OOPS. But even at 3 dollars, it is still worth every penny in my opinion.
