    Since whatsapp announced it will be discontinuing its supports for blackberry from end of 2016, I thought to give the android whatsapp a try. I sideloaded whatsapp to my q10 and registered my number. But after that its stuck on "looking for backups". Any solutions to this? Anyone tried installing whatsapp androird ever?

    Just use the native version till 31 December, the android version won't work anymore after 31 December, whatsapp server will detect it and blocked

    So there is no whatsap after 31 dec then!! I guess I'm switching back to Ios or android now!! As I badly need whatsap
