I recently switched back from 10.3 to 10.2 OS and updated to current version Z10STL100-2/10.2.1.3247.

I used device reload after too much bug in leaked 10.3 OS.

I can't find android runtime and all my android apps not working. When opened I can see black screen with blue loading bar in the bottom, at half way the app is closing. I can't use any android apps mainly the banking apps. Please do help me.

You need to redownload all your Android apps after going backwards. Then open the apps and let them stay until they DO open. It takes a while the first time you open Android apps. If you installed an entire OS then you must have installed a runtime.

Di you restore your apps? Or download them individually? You need to delete the android apps and reinstall them

I can't see android runtime in my app manager... and I restored all the Android apps... I tried reinstalling apps as well... not working

Where can I find android runtime?

If I can't find how to download and install, I did a search in BlackBerry World and couldn't find it..
