I tried downloading deezer from BlackBerry world. It's useless - does the android one work?

I use it. You do get the message about Google play services needed but you can just tap the screen and it will go away.

I find it much better with HQ streaming ability and a few other things not available on the native version.... which is so out of date.

When using it with my car over Bluetooth I get the track and title details which I don't with the native one and I I get full control.

I do find the native one crashes a lot. So yeah go for the Android version from snap. I am using the latest 10.3.1 software available however.

Hi. I use it since a long time. The native BlackBerry version was ok on my Z30. But on my Passport under 10.3.1.1010 it was crashing a lot.
After some tries (archive on sd or internal etc.) I finally tried the android version via snap. This one is much better the BlackBerry version for me. I can see my favorite artists, select HQ and so on. The interface looks much better...so I would recommend the android version...

I deleted the native version and installed the android one via SNAP.

It took forever to sync the music in HD format.

Also, as you cannot choose the external SD card this ate into my internal memory, so I couldn't sync all my music.

Looks like I have to go back to the native version.

"Native" is just a port. Detected by android app stores as obsolete.
