Do you mean how do you invite an android user?
I think he means he installed the android version of BBM on his Q10. Why? No idea.
If you did install the Android BBM app, uninstall it and install the BlackBerry BBM app, it's much better.
He might want two BBM accounts

I heard something about Blackberry not letting the Android version work on BB10 phones. I heard this right when BBM went cross platform.
BBM for Android does not work on BlackBerry 10 devices by design.
