What OS are you on, and did you install the Runtime patch meant ONLY for 10.3.2.2876?

I'm using 10.3.2.2474 and I did not try to install android patch.

I think I need to wipe my Passport. I can't update BBM, can't run android apps, do probably wipe is the only solution

Sounds like a refresh wouldn't hurt.

Here is the 10.3.3.2205 autoloader for the Passport:

Download to PC, unzip, plug in phone, run.

Use Ultimate Backup first if you wish. Do not use Link.

Maybe it's a silly question, but will I loose my warranty if I use above metioned autoloader?

    Ok

One last thing. The autoloader you have posted is the newest one?

Ok Today I will be installing this soft, but I have two more questions:

    1. This is an international version? Since I'm from Poland I need to know if this soft will work correctly in my country.
    2. Why you wrote that I shouldn't use BlackBerry Link software?

    All versions are supported.

Link is garbage and tends to restore corrupted settings too.

Link is only good for one thing - and that's if you can get it to actually communicate with your phone (more and more people seem to be having that problem) - backing up BB10 apps, and doing a custom restore where you can restore one app at a time, or several at once.

This is good if you have an app that is no longer on BlackBerry World, but still on your phone, and you want to keep it.

I never had problems restoring individual apps.

But that's it. Don't ever try restoring settings, because that's where previous problem come back with it, as Conite says.

    Ok,

I've done what Contie said and I have still one more problem. AppWorld doesn't show me update for WhatsApp. I have version 2.17.1.2 and according to this link: https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...countrycode=PL

The most up to date version is 2.17.2. And unfortunately AppWorld on my Passport doesn't show this update. When I try to send download link straight from the website and I open this link on my Passport, AppWorld opens on main page of the AppWorld and nothing happens. There is no new update in My World in update section. I tried to refresh AppWorld and the problem still exists

I don't want to install Android version of WhatsApp as long as native client is working, but because of older version I can't register, I'm getting info about old WA version and to register I need to update, but I can't update
