    You can't download directly from Google play. If you want your apps to come directly from Google play, then you need to sideload Snap first.

    How are you downloading from Google Play? Are you using your computer browser? Google Play isn't officially supported for BB10 devices, so they won't show up on Google Play unless you sideload an app called 'Snap' (search around here to learn about sideloading and Snap).

    If you can't be bothered with that, then try other android app sources like Amazon, Mobile1, aptoid, etc.
