You do understand that BB PP is not an Android phone, correct? It runs the BB10 operating system and has an Android Runtime, which allows it to run /some/ Android apps. It's not 100% compatible, so not everything in the Google Play store will run. This is because the Android Runtime stopped being updated as of Android 4.3 and Android is now at 7.1.
You can get Google Play for the BB PP using Cobalt's technique. Search for "Cobalt Google Play". See if you understand the instructions. If you can't, then you might not want to get a BB PP as apps such as Facebook and Instagram will require some work to get working.
